What's Up Now?

It has been a very busy two weeks. The second Nubian Dreams Lounge was a success. Special thanks to all the ladies that came out and the fellas that also showed through. Tammy and Butta threwdown and DJ Poison Ivy turned it. We sold quite of few cabins for the cruise and tickets to the upcoming Nubian Dreams "Return to Paradise" event at Winter Explosion. Thank you.

The real estate business is busy in NYC even though the news is frighting, all you want to do is runaway. James and I did just that last week...well almost. We went on a three day prep tour of San Juan and St. Thomas in preparation for the upcoming Nubian Dreams Cruise and the "Sun Pass" events. If you get the Nubian Dreams newsletter you might already know some of this information. Here is what we are considering as a part of the "Sun Pass." Details of the package will be announced next week. Stay tuned to the website for more.

• A visit to Loiza a town outside of San Juan full of shops and bars where locales frequent.
• A tour of the Old City of San Juan at Night
• In St. Thomas we want to do a Mansion Party called "Boom" or a Beach Party. We will still negotiating so more about that later.
